About the Role:

We’re looking for experienced and reliable vehicle technicians to join our friendly team on a part-time/full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue using your skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Sharing your knowledge and mentoring junior staff (if desired)
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
• Working flexible hours that suit your lifestyle

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic (minimum 5 years)
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification preferred
• A passion for the trade and a keen eye for detail
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude

Workshop

On-Target-Earnings of up to £40,000, and upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, if we feel you’re a good fit, and if you are happy to stay on as part of our team, there’s a £1000 nett bonus.

• Fully qualified light vehicle technicians – all makes catered for, especially to work on the following:
  • VAG
  • Mercedes
  • BMW
  • Land Rover
  • Jaguar
  • French marques
  • Korean marques
• Class 4 MOT Testers
• Technician Improvers (those who have recently completed an apprenticeship)
• Light Vehicle Apprentices
• Vehicle Valeters Required
• General Assistant to keep the workshop running smoothly doing odd jobs, moving cars, providing lifts to customers etc (DBS-check required)

Front of House

Tower Garage (Marlow) is in need of an experienced service receptionist for our front-of-house team.

As a receptionist at Tower Garage (Marlow), you’ll provide a friendly welcome to our valued customers, helping to book their vehicles in and out of our garage.

Skills needed:

• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Organisation and keeping a work area clean and tidy
• Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Word

Training will be provided for our garage management software.
